Sunday = Meal prep day

Meal prep is the easiest way to beat the weight loss mystery.
.
Why? Because when you do a meal prep you only ha r to calculate your calories once that week. You only have to think about your intake once!
.
Work out your daily calorie requirement. 
-10-15% for fat loss. 
+ 10- 15% for muscle growth.
Organise a series of meals that you love for one day that fit into this calorie ‘budget’.
.
Then simply prepare all the meals for the coming week (or 3 days if ur happy to do two meal prep sessions a week).
.
Organise your meals in reusable containers or biodegradable/reusable ziplock bags.
.
Put in the freezer/fridge or pantry (for dry goods like oatmeal/nuts)
.
Then each morning all u have to do is grab and go!! 
.
This is true most cost effective and sure way to smash your goals. Whether they be fat loss/toning up.
.
We all are susceptible to making less than ideal choices when on the run/busy/stressed/tired. This takes the varriables of life out of the equation.
