😍My 4 favourite things about SQUATS!!!😍
1. Squats enhance core strength
2. Squats improve flexibility
3. Squats create a stronger lower body
4. Squats improve your workout efficiency

What do you love about them?
.
Performance Cues:
- Keep weight in heels.
- Knees should track in line with 2nd toe in the horiztonal plane.
- Knees should stay in line with the toe in the vertical plane.
- Core should be engaged.
- Spine neutral (ie not hyperflexed, not bowed out)
- Chest should be up and proud.
- Perfect your form with body weight exercises first. 
- Only then should you progress to weighted exercises with your face-to-face PT in attendance.
