Maybe it was swapping lollies for fruit, beer for kombucha, a beef burger and fries for a tofu wrap and sweet potato chips.

Maybe you conquered your fears of stepping foot in the gym.

Maybe you looked in the mirror and finally saw your self as beautiful and told society’s thin, vulnerable polite, feminine, obliging, pretty, smiling female expectations to bugger off 😂, and instead your chose to be strong, bold, loud or proud.

Maybe you had one less ciggy or one less beer/wine.

Maybe you gave one less fruitcake to someone who doesn’t deserve your fruitcake. 😂

Maybe you took time to refill, relax and recharge.
