Each of my meals (except for breaky) has one or two serves.
Carrots and hummus.
Sweet potato air fried chips.
Lentil patty, with tomato, field mushrooms, cucumber, kale, grated carrot in a lettuce bun.
Sweet potato Toast with Mashed Peas, lemon, salt and pepper
Buddha bowl with chick peas, roasted pumpkin, tofu on a bed of mixed salad/coleslaw, topped with tomato chutney, hummus or tahini.
